Matt was punctual in replying to my request for information, stayed in communication prior to my appointment, and was respectful of my home and pets during the cleaning. We recently moved into a home where the previous owner had kept a dog in one of the carpeted bedrooms. I had tried with a home carpet cleaner several times, but could not get rid of the smell. I was worried I would need to replace the carpets, but the cleaning was so thorough that they look and smell fantastic. We had all 3 carpeted bedrooms done, and are very happy with the results! Reasonably priced, quick, professional, and an excellent job. We’re also having our air ducts cleaned next week! Would absolutely recommend Matt and Double M.
